Antonia McGuiggan

Antonia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law from Cardiff University in 2024 and joined CMG Cunningham Dickey as a Paralegal in April 2025. She supports Solicitors with a range of administrative tasks as well as liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals.

Antonia has developed a strong interest in Litigation through working on Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, and Matrimonial cases. Through assisting other Partners in the firm, Antonia has gained experience in a variety of other areas including Conveyancing and Commercial matters.

Antonia plans to commence her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in October 2026.

Robbie Sinclair

Robbie joined CMG Cunningham Dickey Solicitors in September 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently completing his professional qualifications at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, due to qualify in October 2027.

He holds a Master’s in Corporate Law, Innovation and Computing and a Bachelor’s in Law from Ulster University, where he received the Herbert Smith Freehills Corporate Law Prize and the Factor Law Computing Prize for academic excellence.

Before joining CMG, Robbie worked at PwC, specialising in Contract Lifecycle Management, Artificial Intelligence and Legal Process Optimisation, gaining practical insight into the use of technology in modern legal practice.

At CMG Cunningham Dickey, Robbie is building experience across Wills and Probate, Conveyancing, Litigation and Corporate Transactions, combining a detail-oriented approach with a focus on innovation and client care.

Lauren Niblock

Lauren graduated from the University of Dundee with a degree in Law in 2022, before completing her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and qualifying as a solicitor in September 2025.

She has experience in litigation, having assisted with a range of personal injury cases, including workplace accidents and road traffic collisions. Lauren has also gained valuable exposure to criminal defence law, supporting clients who have been arrested or remanded in custody.

Lauren is currently based in our Bangor office, where she is involved in both family and matrimonial law, as well as continuing her work in litigation.

Ellen Fox

Ellen joined CMG Cunningham Dickey in September 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor. She is currently pursuing her professional qualifications at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and is set to qualify as a solicitor in October 2026.

Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Spanish, having graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2022. She has two years of experience working as a Business Immigration Paralegal for a US law firm in their global solutions centre in Belfast. During this time, Ellen gained valuable insight into complex immigration processes, drafting petitions for individuals seeking employment and residence in the United States.

Throughout her traineeship with the firm, Ellen will be exposed to wide-ranging practice areas such as Conveyancing, Housing Developments, Corporate Sales and Acquisitions, Litigation, Matrimonial Law and Wills and Probate.  

Courtney Vance

Courtney graduated from University of Ulster in 2014 with a First-Class Honours degree in Sociology and Criminology and obtained her Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam in 2015.  She returned home at the end of 2016 and shortly thereafter got a job at the start of 2017 with a local law firm building up her knowledge and experience in all things Private Client.  Courtney completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025.  

Her speciality lies in Private Client including drafting Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney, assisting Executors and Administrators with the Administration of Estates, the completion of Inheritance Tax forms, registering Powers of Attorney and making Controllership applications to the Office of Care and Protection.  Courtney also has experience in making non-contentious applications to the Probate Master on behalf of Executors and Administrators.   

Courtney was awarded the Edward Bergin Professional Conduct prize for the highest marks achieved in her cohort for the Law Society’s Professional Conduct module for 2025.  

Niamh Murphy 

Niamh graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Law in 2023 and joined CMG Cunningham Dickey Solicitors shortly after to commence her traineeship within the Firm. Now as a qualified Solicitor, based in our Belfast office, she continues to contribute across several key practice areas.

Niamh’s primary focus is commercial conveyancing, in particular, assisting our managing Partner Brian H Speers in our specialist practice area acting for Dentists and Orthodontists in relation to Dental Practice Sales or Acquisitions. Niamh also works amongst the New Developments team and the Corporate team, assisting with corporate due diligence and the drafting of commercial agreements. 

In addition to her transactional work, Niamh has experience in litigious matters as well as private client cases including divorce, ancillary relief and family contact disputes.  

Shannon McLorie

Shannon is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of family and matrimonial law.   

Shannon carries out complex children cases in all court arenas.  She is pragmatic, straight-talking and empathetic.  She acts for various clients in international family disputes, child arrangements, adoption, surrogacy and relocation matters.  Shannon is also experienced in non-accidental injury matters and parental child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), proceedings under the inherent jurisdiction, wardship applications, as well as injunctions and protection orders.   

Shannon acts for clients in the resolution of financial matters on divorce, as well as the resolution of financial matters between unmarried couples both in and out of court.  Shannon is experienced in advising on cases involving both pre & post nuptial agreements.  

Shannon is an accredited member of the Children Order Panel in Northern Ireland.  

Stephanie Ginn

Stephanie is experienced in setting up and dealing with site sales in our new developments team. Stephanie works closely with our Managing Partner and a number of large house building clients to deal with their individual site sales and is extremely thorough in her approach ensuring that handover day goes smoothly for new purchasers.    

Sara Parker

Sara graduated from University of Wales, Bangor in 2000 and obtained a Masters at Queens University Belfast in 2001. While studying for her Masters, Sara joined a large local law firm where she obtained her Legal Executive qualification in Conveyancing. 

Sara joined our firm in 2016 and has vast experience in handling and managing all types of residential property transactions, including site sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity purchases, right to buy schemes, Building developments, Management Company issues and boundary issues.

Susan Wilson

Susan joined our firm in 2004 and has over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing. In 2006 Susan completed the Queens University Legal Assistant course and subsequently qualified as a Legal Executive in 2007. 

The course covered all areas of law however Susan mainly deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and assists Partner Jonathan Hewitt in Commercial Conveyancing, Administration of Estates, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and private client work. 

In addition, Susan is also the operational manager for the Bangor office and ensures the efficient running of the office.
