Using our secure payment system your payment will be processed and you will be issued with a payment confirmation receipt. To complete the online payment process, please ensure you use a compatible browser – payments cannot be completed over Internet Explorer.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept payments of more than £5000 by credit or debit card. For payments over this value you may pay by cheque (made payable to “MKB Law”) or simply call us on 028 9024 2450 and we will provide you our with our bank details so that you can pay by direct bank transfer.
HOW DO I KNOW MY DETAILS ARE SECURE?
All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using sophisticated e-payment software and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the Authipay network of payment gateways.
PAYMENT SERVICES TERMS
When using our online payment system you will be redirected to Authipay who will process your payment card details and take payment. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Authipay and are not stored within our system.
Please note, Personal Data such as your name, address and contact details may be required. Any Personal Data will be used in accordance with Data Protection requirements.
Some personal information will be received by us for reference purposes. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected.
During the payment process you will be required to enter the credit or debit card security code and you may be asked for further card authentication and passwords set by your credit or debit card provider.
Payments made by credit and debit card are subject to clearance by your card provider and will normally take three working days to credit MKB Law Ltd client account. If your payment is required for immediate use please call us to discuss another method of payment. Outgoing payments will not be made using your credit/debit card payment until we are in receipt of cleared funds.
Any refunds due on a matter where payment has been made wholly by credit/debit card may be refunded via an alternative payment at the discretion of MKB Law Ltd. Refunds will not be made where the payment has already been used to meet third party expenses.
Payments by card can only be accepted with authorisation from the cardholder. If you are not the cardholder please call the Accounts Team for assistance on 028 90 242 450. If you are not happy at any point whilst using the online payment facility please call the Accounts Team on 028 90 242 450 who will be happy to assist you.
